pancha karma detox

This 5 day detox includes a guided 5 day preparation phase (Purva Karma) which prepares the tissues of the body for detoxification with herbs, oleation and fomentation. Each day consists of an intake followed by an Abhyanga, Shirodhara/Nasya, Lymphatic Stimulation and Herbal Steam. Purgative herbs are also provided each day as individually needed.  Kitchari is an optional choice to be prepared for you each day, or you are more than welcome to make your own at home if you prefer. 

Following your cleanse you will be guided as to how slowly and gently reintroduce foods into your diet to maintain a strong digestive system, keeping your body and mind in a healthy and balanced state.
